Q: Does your service provide refunding?

A: Yes! We allow 30 days for the return of your product with a full refund back! However, if the product is damaged or you go over the 30-day limit, we will not be able to assist you under any circumstances. You may refer to our Refund Policy page for more information.

  

 

Q: How long will it take before I get my product? 

A:  We are proud to offer convenient international shipping and delivery services to our customers Worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery time may vary based on your shipping zone and order volume. Any pre-order items that may be unavailable due to high demand will be processed and sent as soon as stock becomes available.

NORTH AMERICA

  • Our products have an estimated 2-4 week delivery period for any item that is fully available in stock.
    • These items will include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your item has shipped (Please note: Some promotional items do not have tracking information).

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD)

  • Our products have an estimated 2-6 week delivery period for any item that is fully available in stock. The estimated delivery period includes sensitivity to customs clearance and delays. 

 

IMPORTANT: Any promotional offers have a longer delivery period which is around 3-7 weeks. 

-- Please note: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These additional fees if applicable will be collected upon delivery from carriers for certain packages and are the recipient's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs could be. 

  

 

Q: What do I get if I sign up?

A: You will be in the list of people who get the most exclusive deals to the site! As well as being the first alerted when new products and deals are dropped!

 

  

Q: What happens if I order one product more than once by accident and I don't need the extra?

A: No problem! Simply just send an email to support@aestheticmaps.com within 24 hours of the purchase and we will gladly take care of it with as much ease as possible! Full refund, no hassle!

 

 

Q: What if my order does not arrive within 3 weeks?

A: Unfortunately, we have zero control regarding that issue. We provide you the products, a third party company delivers them to you. However, if your order does not arrive in the designated time, you can simply email us whether to check for a missing product or to request a refund of your order for the full price of purchase.

  

 

Q: What if I never receive my purchase?

 A: Contact us immediately at support@aestheticmaps.com and we will handle the situation based on your desire. Whether it be a full refund or shipping you out the same product free of charge.

 

 

Q: What if I receive my product and it is damaged?

A: We can assist you with that depending on the damage you claim. If it is missing pieces, chipped, ripped, or anything of that nature, we can issue you a new version of the same product (free of charge), or issue you a full refund. However, if it is a simple scratch or spec on the product, we can not determine that our third party companion has initiated that defect and will not be able to assist in that manner.

Q: Can I remove my account?

A: Of course! We do not force our customers to anything! Your account is simply for us to provide extra value to you, our loyal customer. You can close your account at any time.
